    We can now guarantee that the thickness tolerance of ± 0.0005mm. For a certain inner circle, the tolerance can reach H3. All high-precision products are tested in a constant temperature room. With the continuous improvement of machining precision of sheet metal, we have developed ultra high precision cutting tools, whose accuracy has so far been matched by precision milling tools. ± 0.001mm thickness tolerance, and Ra 0.1μm surface roughness are our routine standards. Using our know-how and experience, we also meet our customers' higher tolerances for thickness, parallelism, flatness, outer and inner rings.

    We can also attach a rubber sleeve to the outer diameter according to the customer's request, so that it can be exported smoothly with the knife to prevent scratches. The rubber sleeve is made of natural primary rubber such as green amine and acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (IRHD: 78 ~ 75), and Polyurethane isolation ring (IRHD: 80 ~ 85). The blade sleeve material is S45C, S50C, 65Mn, etc., of which S45C is the most commonly used material. The purpose of using the blade bushing is to create a certain width between the dividing round knife, the upper knife, and the lower knife, as well as to adjust the horizontal gap. Commonly used blade sleeve thicknesses range between 0.9mm ~ 100mm (grinding material, after forging, machining, heat treatment, leveling grinding) with a hardness of 47 ± 2 degrees. The thickness tolerances of the blade casing are also controlled within 0.003mm/mt. In order to reduce weight, we can also produce aluminum spacers using AL7075, with the thickness tolerance also controlled within 0.003mm/mt.
