EQUIPMENT MAIN FUNCTION
This product is used for reversely rolling the high precision and good quality normal carbon steel, stainless steel strips and low alloy steel.

EQUIPMENT COMPONENT AND FEATURE

    Product Introduction

    The continuous rolling mill achieves continuous plastic deformation of metal materials by connecting multiple rolling mills in series. Its core principle is based on the equal second flow model, meaning the volume flow of metal between each stand remains constant. Uniformity of the strip thickness (with an accuracy of ±5μm) is ensured through speed matching and tension control. The equipment consists of reducers, motors, universal joint shafts, roller systems, etc., and supports four-high, six-high or twelve-high stand configurations, suitable for the production of high-precision sheet and strip materials.

    Cold continuous rolling mill: Using hot-rolled coils as raw materials, after pickling, they are rolled through multiple stands, with thickness accuracy reaching ±1μm. It is used for high surface quality products such as home appliance panels and car bodies.

    Process flow

    Hot coil pickling → Multi-stand rolling → Annealing → Tempering, supporting headless rolling technology to enhance continuity.
