The core principle is to isolate oxygen. The workpiece is placed inside a sealed inner cover, evacuated or filled with high-purity inert/reducing protective gases (such as a nitrogen-hydrogen mixture), and then heated through the outer cover. The main features of this equipment include:

🔥 Efficient Combustion Technology: Secondary air inlet and saturated steam are used to convert coal into carbon monoxide gas, which is fed into the covered furnace for combustion and heating. The proportion of air intake and steam to coal seam is automatically controlled by the PLC system, and slag is automatically discharged.
