With the continuous improvement of machining precision, we have developed ultra high precision cutting tools — whose accuracy has been matched by precision milling tools — achieving a ±0.001mm thickness tolerance and Ra 0.1µ surface roughness as our routine standards.
Using our expertise and know-how, we also meet our customers' higher tolerances for thickness, parallelism, flatness, outer and inner rings. We can also attach a rubber sleeve to the outer diameter according to the customer's request, so that it can be exported smoothly with the knife to prevent scratches.

The purpose of the blade bushing is to maintain a certain width between the dividing round knife, the upper knife and the lower knife, and for horizontal gap adjustment. In order to reduce weight, we can also produce an aluminum spacer using AL7075, with thickness tolerance also controlled within ±0.003mm/mt.
