Core Structure & Unit Composition
The core structure mainly consists of upper and lower knife shafts, fixed/movable frames, and a synchronous lifting mechanism. The knife shafts and frames undergo precise processing (such as turning, high-frequency treatment, grinding, and chrome plating, etc.) to ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the equipment.
This series of production line is applicable to coils of various specifications. It is used for slitting the coil into required width for the use of punch line through the procedure of uncoiling, pre-leveling, cropping, slitting and recoiling.
