The core structure mainly consists of upper and lower knife shafts, fixed/movable frames, and a synchronous lifting mechanism. The knife shafts and frames undergo precise processing (such as turning, high-frequency treatment, grinding, and chrome plating, etc.) to ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the equipment.

It is used for slitting the coil into required width for the use of punch line through the procedure of uncoiling, pre-leveling, cropping, slitting and recoiling. This line consists of loading cart, uncoiler, slitter, scrap winder, cropping shear, tension controller and coil recoiler, etc. Loop bridge, pinch and deviation corrector are equipped between each machine.
