China Skin Pass Mill Suppliers | High-Quality Factory Equipment for CR Strip Coil Processing

,

MAIN FUNCTION OF THE EQUIPMENT

,

Our equipment is designed to effectively flatten Cold Rolled (CR) strip coils. By applying a small reduction rate, we eliminate significant stress and yield point elongation in the strip coils. This innovative process ensures that during stretching and punching, the slip line phenomenon is avoided, thus enhancing the quality of the output.

,

Following the flattening process, the CR coil strips undergo annealing and tempering. This dual treatment significantly enhances the flatness (coil shape) and smoothness of the surface, making our product ideal for various applications.

,

Furthermore, by adjusting the reduction rate during tempering, we can modify the mechanical properties of the coil strips. This adjustment results in optimized hardness and plasticity, allowing our products to meet diverse functional requirements.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What materials can be processed by these tempering mills?

These tempering mills are designed to process normal carbon steel and stainless steel across all available models (650, 750, 850, and 1000).

What is the maximum line speed for each model?

The line speed varies by model: Models 650 and 750 run at 180~300 m/min, Model 850 runs at 180~400 m/min, and Model 1000 achieves a maximum line speed of 240~600 m/min.

What tempering mill types are used?

Models 650 and 750 can be configured as either 2 roll or 4 roll mills, while Models 850 and 1000 are standard 4 roll tempering mills.

What is the hydraulic station pressure and driving method?

All models share a consistent driving method using working roll driving and operate at a hydraulic station pressure of 10 MPa.

Can the technical parameters be customized?

Yes. The parameters and models listed in the technical table are for reference. Full custom design and production are available to meet specific user requirements.
