    Product Introduction

    The slitting machine is a key piece of equipment in industry for cutting wide metal or non-metallic coil materials into several narrow strips of the required width along the length direction. Its core working principle is to continuously roll-cut the material through the rotation of the upper and lower circular disc knife shafts.

    Core Features of the Slitting and Shearing Machine

    The core structure mainly consists of upper and lower knife shafts, fixed/movable frames, and a synchronous lifting mechanism. The knife shafts and frames undergo precise processing (such as turning, high-frequency treatment, grinding, and chrome plating, etc.) to ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the equipment.
