Product Introduction
The slitting machine is a key piece of equipment in industry for cutting wide metal or non-metallic coil materials into several narrow strips of the required width along the length direction. Its core working principle is to continuously roll-cut the material through the rotation of the upper and lower circular disc knife shafts.
The core structure mainly consists of upper and lower knife shafts, fixed/movable frames, and a synchronous lifting mechanism. The knife shafts and frames undergo precise processing (such as turning, high-frequency treatment, grinding, and chrome plating, etc.) to ensure the rigidity and accuracy of the equipment.
This series of production line is applicable to coils of various specifications. It is used for slitting the coil into required width for the use of punch line through the procedure of uncoiling, pre-leveling, cropping, slitting and recoiling.
It has advantages such as proper layout, easy operation, highly automated and high production efficiency — adaptable to cold-rolled, hot-rolled, silicon steel, stainless, colored, and aluminum coils.
Widely applies to many industries like automobiles, containers, household appliances, food packing, construction materials, etc. Adaptable to all sorts of plated and coated coils.
