With the continuous improvement of machining precision, we have developed ultra-high precision cutting tools — achieving ± 0.001mm thickness tolerance and Ra 0.1μ surface roughness as our routine standards. We also meet customers' higher tolerances for thickness, parallelism, flatness, outer and inner rings.
We can now guarantee that the thickness tolerance of ±0.0005mm. For a certain inner circle, the tolerance can reach H3. All high-precision products are tested in a constant temperature room. With the continuous improvement of machining precision of sheet metal, we have developed ultra-high precision cutting tools, whose accuracy has so far been matched by precision milling tools. ±0.001mm thickness tolerance, and Ra 0.1μ surface roughness are our routine standards. Using our know-how, we also meet our customers' higher tolerances for thickness, parallelism, flatness, outer and inner rings.
We can also attach a rubber sleeve to the outer diameter according to the customer's request, so that it can be exported smoothly with the knife to prevent scratches. Available rubber sleeve materials include:

The blade bushing is designed to maintain a precise width between the dividing round knife, the upper knife and the lower knife, enabling accurate horizontal gap adjustment. In order to reduce overall weight, aluminum spacers using AL7075 are also available, with the same strict thickness tolerance controlled within 0.003 mm/mt.
