The bright belt annealing furnace is an advanced industrial equipment used for non-oxidative heat treatment of metal coils, pipes, wires, etc. in a protected atmosphere or vacuum environment. Its core objective is to eliminate internal stress in the material, improve mechanical properties, while maintaining the original bright surface of the metal and avoiding the formation of oxide scales and decarburization layers.
Utilizing strong convective circulation technology, the temperature difference within the furnace can be kept within ±5℃, ensuring uniform material properties. The entire process is automatically controlled by a computer, which is precise and reliable.
The "double furnace base" design is commonly adopted. When one furnace base is in heating mode, the other can be cooled and loaded, enabling quasi-continuous production. The loading capacity of a single furnace can reach 30 tons.
After annealing, the surface is bright and free of oxidation, eliminating the need for the traditional acid washing process. This fundamentally solves the problems of acid pollution and wastewater treatment.
