    The bright blet annealing furnace is an advanced industrial equipment used for non-oxidative heat treatment of metal coils, pipes, wires, etc. in a protected atmosphere or vacuum environment. Its core objective is to eliminate internal stress in the material, improve mechanical properties, while maintaining the original bright surface of the metal and avoiding the formation of oxide scales and decarburization layers.

    Core Principles and Characteristics

    The core principle is to isolate oxygen. The workpiece is placed inside a sealed inner cover, evacuated or filled with high-purity inert/reducing protective gases (such as a nitrogen-hydrogen mixture), and then heated through the outer cover.

    Application Scope

    This equipment is applicable to a variety of metal materials and is mainly divided into two categories:

    Ferrous metals: Intermediate or finished annealing of coil and wire products such as stainless steel, silicon steel, ordinary carbon steel, alloy steel, etc.
    The full automatic control system manages the whole process of heating, heat preservation and cooling of each hood furnace. Secondary air inlet and saturated steam are used to convert coal into carbon monoxide gas for combustion. The proportion of air intake and steam is automatically controlled by a PLC system, with automatic slag discharge.
