We can now guarantee a thickness tolerance of ± 0.0005mm. For a certain inner circle, the tolerance can reach H3. All high-precision products are tested in a constant temperature room.

We can attach a rubber sleeve to the outer diameter according to the customer's request, allowing smooth export with the knife and preventing scratches. Rubber sleeve materials include:

The blade sleeve material is S45C, S50C, 65Mn, etc., of which S45C is the most commonly used material. The blade bushing is used to set a certain width between the dividing round knife, the upper knife and the lower knife, and to adjust the horizontal gap.
To reduce weight, we also produce aluminum spacers made of AL7075. The thickness tolerance is also controlled within 0.003mm/mt, offering a lightweight alternative without compromising dimensional accuracy.
